    Ma'am,
This is an absolute steal. Vintage Chevy truck for less than $600? It is also an investment that should Greg ever decide to sell, you would make much more money back than the original cost. In teh meantime, you own a piece of American automotive history.

You might see it twice, but I don't think it will be enjoyable the second time.

Here's an up close picture of the motor in that 53' Chevy truck, I believe that it is a really dressed up 350 but I could be wrong. I never mark my pictures with info, the only thing I know for sure about it is that it is a SBC. Check out the custom work! Wouldn't want to clean it though.

I just wanted to say thank you guys. I picked up the truck today and she's sitting in my driveway right now. Now I'm going to start looking at s-10 chassis for that updated ride and in the mean while I'm going to start stripping the truck down and pounding out dents etc.... Will post some pics and keep you all updated with the progress. I appreciate the help.

Lol I'll have to give you an IOU. Thanks again guys. I'm planning on getting some pics up tonight. She's in my garage now and as soon as I'm feeling better I'm going to start pulling her apart to straight the body and check out the chassis. Looks like I'll be getting an s-10 chassis in a couple months to put the body on. Just have to learn to weld first lol. If anybody has built a hot rod before then any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I already decided to stick with the inline 6 and beef it up. I have heard great things about them.
