I have an '05 silverado with a 6.0. I pressure washed the engine and now the A/C won't work! When I press the A/C button in the cab the snowflake symbol comes on to tell me it's running but it lies. I've checked the fuses and wiring to the compressor and it all looks fine. The compressor just won't kick on. I used the A/C hours before I washed it and it worked great. Any suggestions please??

Thank you for the replies, i blew the A/C connectors out with an air hose and the A/C works great again. I appreciate it!!!
Glad you got it working. You would not believe the amount of problems caused by pressure washing. The best way to pressure wash is to pick a hot summer day and let the truck sit with the hood open all afternoon to dry out. Even then you run the risk of water intrusion.
