need help! electrical prob

I have a 89 GMC Jimmy with a 350 that I just installed. After putting everything back together, it will turn over, but wont start. There is no power to the fuel pump or the relay, there's power to the injectors, but they wont work. The headlights, taillights, and radio don't work. Ive checked all connections and they seem fine. What could it be??

Check for missing or broken ground connections or straps.Also check all fuses.

The grounding would be one of the major cause`s. its a common thing to forget the ground to the fuel pump at the sending unit

I've checked and re-cleaned all grounds and checked all fuses... I'm completely stumped
