Got the new black step bars and bed cover on last week!

I finallly got the gloss black step bars and the new bed cover put on this past weekend. I'll post pic's once I take some and the truck is cleaned up...lol

I'm going to take a wild guess, and say that your next little project for it is debadging it. Those Z-71 and Silverado badges are probably driving you nuts, I think I see you going for the all blacked out look.

actually Im gonna leave the badging on...yeah im kinda goin for the blacked out look but just kinda subtly if that makes any sense lol. The project im working on is gonna be to make my powerfold mirrors work. Ive devised a way to make them work without all the dealer programming and all the expensive switches. Since my wiring diagram doesn't show the layout for the DL3 mirrors only the DL8 (base model miror) I located the correct wires to make them work. All I gotta do is find a switch that looks factory, actually im not sure yet. There are a few ideas I have for them but we'll see when im done...lol I also swapped out my factory Z71 bed logos for some nicer looking ones. Same size and style just different color scheme. I'll post the pictures up this weekend and i'll be adding them to my oh so outdated picture album.
