I sold my Silverado today!

I sold it to a private buyer for $20,500 which was the payoff so I am happy with that. The guy wanted all of the stuff left on, and I told him no unless he gave another $5,000 and he just laughed and told me to take all of it off. That guy was an idiot because I have that in just parts, let alone what it would cost to have all of that installed. Anyways the truck had 10,780 miles, no mechanical problems or electrical so he got a steal. I was falling behind on the payments again, so I didn't want the repo man to get it again. So for the next couple years I will be sporting the S-10, I am going to wait until the next body style change I am not a fan of the NNBS right now. Here's some pictures after I stripped it down for 11 hours today, he is coming to pick the truck up on saturday the 13th.

I just wanted to let you know that I just cried a little for you. I wanted to paint mine like yours but didn't because I didn't want to be stealing the idea lol. Now maybe I'll do it in memory of your 05. I am also not a fan of the NBS so I am waiting to pay off my 04 and then see what GM has done with the Silvy. Can't see your pictures because they are blocked on the government computers but when I get home I'll take a look and probably cry a little more for ya. It's better than repo though. Best wishes for you and your S-10 until you can get another Silvy.

Sorry to see that after all of your hard work,time and $$$$,You build a beautiful Truck Amy and you should be very proud of that.I hope you will pickup another ride down the road.Just remember that you may not have your Truck anymore,but you learned and pickup alot of knowledge on how to build a Custom Truck.That will serve you well when you build your next Custom Truck.

dang dude... thats tuff. i am real tight myself. i have my truck half way paid off, so i am hoping that it doesnt come down to my having to sell it. i think i would cry. man. it hurts my feelings knowing you have sold it
