    The SRT8 Challenger actually has less horsepower than a manual Camaro SS .
    SRT8 = 425 HP
    Camaro SS manual= 426 HP, Automatic= 400 HP
    So as for the Challenger ripping it all night, I dont think so!

    The Camaro V6 does not have more horsepower than a Mustang GT.
    Mustang GT=315 HP
    Camaro V6 =300 HP
    They are close but due to the size and weight of the V6 Camaro it is no match for a Mustang GT.

    They are cool cars in their own respect but given the choice I would get a Camaro and there is no way I would only get a V6!

    who u calling an idiot? i was just stating the fact that the numbers i saw were slow. i expect alot more out of a 425hp v-8.

    CAMARO SS MANUEL OR AUTOMATIC HAS THE SAME HORSEPOWER!!!!!!!! difference is transmission manuel = shift faster auto = slower

    v6 camaro wont beat a gt, but with a good tune it should....... but its not going to be the HP that the gt is going to win; its the torque, and the weight of the camaro.
