    Take the drum off and take it with you when you buy the parts.

    Not sure how you could not be sure if you used a tape measure, if you did not get at least 11 inches, it must be 10 inches, assuming you took the easy way and measured the drum, and did not try to measure across the axle from shoe to shoe.....
