    Default 2009 Vs. 2008 Sierra 1500 Headlights?

    I've been looking into buying projector headlights for my 09 Sierra 1500 but have come across something. I have been noticing that some lights are specified as 07-08 ONLY but not 09 where some are 07-09.

    So I am wondering if anyone knows if the 07 headlights would fit into the 09? Has anyone tried this yet or if they are in fact actually different?

    Well I checked out your E-bay link and it really doesn't make sense, why would the 09 Hybrid be different other than maybe wiring? I looked at Sport truck direct, and they say those will fit all 07+NBS, so I really don't know what to say other than $246 is the cheapest that I have seen them.

    Another thing I noticed about the one's on Ebay are the type of Halo's they have, they have the CCFL halo's versus the standard LED halos like most people have including myself. CCFL technology is what is used in BMW, the down side is when they burn out they are extremely expensive to replace.

    If this doesn't help then BUMP, BUMP, BUMP!

    It definitely help, though its weird because I have been seeing some sites that say they have the 07-09 like the Anzo projectors and the ones on ebay that are only supported to 08. Here are some links I have found so far that has furthered my confusing:

    Stylin Trucks --> Anzo Projectors 07+

    MigiCar:
    --> Sierra Specific (I emailed this seller but am yet to hear a response)

    ebay:
    --> 09 Hybrid only??? (I emailed this seller and he said they will not fit the 09 1500)
    --> 07-08 Sierra (I emailed this seller and he said they will not fit the 09 1500)
    --> 07-09 Anzo

    I still have some more research to do on these headlights but if anyone has any direct experience on installing 09 headlights, you would be a total lifesaver!!

    i bet the hybrid system powers the headlights like a few make/models so there would be a different wiring setup for em been doin alot of company payed hybrid training and there systems are setup different then a normal model

    So I went to the dealership today and they said the 09 Sierra headlights have a different part number so it looks like they are not compatible with the 08 headlights.

    I'm gonna email Anzo and ask them whats the deal with their 07-09 projector headlights.

    So it turns out the 07-08 Headlights are compatible with the 09s even though they have different part numbers.
