I don't know how dark i want my window on my 86 truck to be. It's white. I was thinking about putting 20%, any suggestions.
depends on yours state's limit and how often you wanna get pulled over by that one jackarse cop to test/write you a ticket xD
i live is sc and a lost people i know have around 5% on the back glass and 15 or something like that on sides. just was wandering what might look the best
the darker the better.

15% is pretty dark i have 20%on my little truck and love it need to get some on my fullsize
go to the limit your state will let you go, I just got to pay for my wifes tint to be removed because she thought it was cool to go darker than legal last year.and it wouldnt pass inspection, Shes having it retinted again on her on dime this time. if your state doesnt regulate it though I'd go dark as hell!

if you dont have Tint law in your state or they arent that strict about it go with 5% but, just becareful when your backing out at night, you wont be able to see shiit, but if you want a nice looking tint border wise, i would go with 20% thats what i have and i still got pulled over but it looks clean.

HOW DARK CAN WINDOW TINT BE IN OHIO?
Darkness of tint is measured by Visible Light Transmission percentage (VLT%). In Ohio, this percentage refers to percentage of visible light allowed in through the combination of film and the window.
