    Default allison tranny

does anyone know how to tell if a allison transmission is slipping. It seems to kind of rev up just before it switches gears. Also i put a bully dog on it and had to take if off because the transition from first to second gear was horrible?

If it revs up it's slipping. Take it in and get it scanned. Report the codes and we'll tell you how to proceed. Don't drive it if it's slipping!
