Tail Lights
Will the 2003 - 2007 tail lights from the 1500 Chevy Silverado , fit on my 2000 GMC Sierra Ext Cab?

yes they will fit but you need all the wiring harness too.

The harnesses should be the same, shouldn't they? The tail lights both have the separate brakelights and turn signals. Back in 2000 the tail lights for both the silverado and the sierra were identical as far as i know. You shouldnt have to change the harnesses at all.

There is one extra Bulb at the bottom on the 03' and up Silverado Taillight's.So you can either buy the harness as mention above or do a hard wire for the extra Bulb.

99 heartbeat gave me this link when I changed out my taillights I had origanally planned on getting the harness but I whent to this link and found I had everything to do this in the garage.http://www.gmfullsize.com/forum/show...llight+harness it took all of ten minutes.
