I have never heard of that brand before, but most of the chips hook up in between the PTM and the firewall. That particular chip looks like you have to splice wires, Jet modules/chips are all plug and play. I would look around for a more reputable brand first, and then make sure you don't have to splice any wires.
what do u suggest? and do u think i should clear all alarms on the dash before i install one??
i would go with a more popular brand then some off one so you dont get ripped and theres some kind of warranty or return program

Well If you are talking about the ABS or CEL then yes I would try and clear those out, but all of those chips require a learning period that varies depending on the vehicle. The only actual chips I know of that are plug and play is Jet Performance, you won't get the 50 hp like the one you found but my friend has one on his truck and it got 25 hp and that was dyno proven. BTW- It was a Colorado with the 3.5, so that's not bad for $300. I am not sure that JET has made one for the newer vehicles yet, you would have to research that one.
also most of the ones claiming higher power chances are its for a diesel motor ive noticed that a few will claim 50 to 100 horses but when you read the fine print its for diesels only

diesel......
