Too bad those fools didn't put half that effort into making a living. Might actually be able to do something with their lives. Unfortunately, this is just another burden on the taxpayer when they go get their "real" license.

I would be surprised if DMV recovers even half of their expenses when issuing a license. And how would you feel if you found out you were in line for two hours because idiots these were pulling this kind of crap?
