Default Michael Jackson dead at age 50

Hard to believe that he's gone. I'll admit, I did not like his music when it first came out, didn't listen to it. I remember being in grade school in the early 1980's listening to the tape on a player and everyone was all gathered around listening to it and I was like ... "yeah, I'll take it or leave it."

Only afterward did I come to understand how big he was and how good and well produced the music was. Too bad all that attention turned him into a wierdo. Being in the spotlight for that long from such a young age just left him with a warped sense and he turned into the "Wacko Jacko" that we knew for the last 15 years.

Did he molest children ... yeah, he probably did. Did he have a bunch of ailment like skin cancer and these other skin conditions ... looks like he might have, including a massivly painful back and legs.

All in all, very sad considering he did have three young kids. Not sure what else to say about it.

It is sad. I wasn't around for his real career days, only for the bad publiciity. I've learned quite a bit about him yesterday and today. From what I'm seeing, I think the doctor drugged him or somehow killed him and the 911 caller was in on it. The doctor seems to be gone now and wouldn't say if he saw what happened - and the guy who called didn't sound very worried. He was getting strong again. He DID climb up on top of that SUV with no difficulty.

I do think it is a tragedy though.

King of Rock - Elvis....King of Pop - Michael Jackson

Lesson to be learned: It's not always good to be the king, regardless of what Mel Brooks says.

I think I'm still in shock about it to be honest. His was just not a name I expected to see "dead/dies/passes" next to any time soon.

I personally think that he had some of the best music videos ever made, some of the best dancers today have a hard time keeping up with some of his moves. I had a few of his CD's, and I did enjoy his music especially the CD "Dangerous" Although I heard today that he didn't make out a will, I find that hard to believe but they are going to have a mess if he didn't make one out. Such a sad, sad day indeed.

no matter what was going on in the news with him, i still continued to enjoy his music. no one will come close to what he did. selling 750 million albums worldwide! thats just insane. no matter what bad things were said about him, in the end the guy was still the best at what he did. everyone performing today have what they have because of michael jackson. i heard the concerts he was gonna do in london had 1 million tickets sold out in 5 hours. the man is an icon and music pioneer. he will be missed.

Default What would Michael Jackson look like without surgery?

Anyone want to see what MJ would have looked like w/o surgery? Now, there is a question of the typical weight gain and he could have been a lot thinner than the statistical norms so there is some of that, but overall take a look.

Actually someone in the UK came up with this one. It might be more realistic.

If you watch the news casts when they interview Germaine Jackson those pictures look a lot like him.

I was never a fan of Michael Jacksons music and I've probably seen MTV only a dozen times even though I was in the prime target age for the debut of MTV, but its undeniable that he was an icon in the music world.
Personal life aside, which seems to be hard to achieve when your a celebrity of any type, he had a talent and skill that may never be matched.
Even though I'm not a fan of his I do believe he will be missed by fans and nonfans a like.
