    +1 on the 1 wheel burnout no traction, i can launch my truck at anything over 2000rpm, otherwise this happens

    lol yea those trucks are slow my 08 4.3 dont do much speedwise but the engines last forever

    yea, obviously I'm not looking to run 10s or even 16s but it would be great if I could edge out a couple of high school beaters/ricers. Plus, I want to know the real world figures on this truck. Looking forward to it!

    I had that same engine in an S-10. That truck was pretty fast because it was light. I used to tear ass in that thing.ha. You should practice manual shifting it.
