Suburban Disc Brake Conversion
Hello from Florida.
Can anyone tell me if there is a rear drum to disc brake conversion for my 1996 K2500 Suburban (4x4)?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

SSBC makes a conversion kit for the newer 1500's, not sure about your '96. Styllin trucks has them. I think I remember seeing something at Summit Racing too. Sorry, I know that's not much help.2005 Sierra 1500 Z71 Crew Cab

welcome to the site, the easiest is to get a axle from a junkyard with the same gears from a newer truck

Curious why you want to put disc in the back? The 2500 has pretty massive brakes in back, and many consider the rear discs to be troublesome. When you hear hoofbeats, look for horses not zebras.
