I had a '72 and a '74 LUV. Both were great trucks, first Isuzu influence on Chevy!

I had an 82 S10. Powered by an Isuzu 1.9 liter four cylinder. I was a teenager thirsting for power, so I was pretty rough on it. Buy the end of it, I had to be rough on it to get it to move. The rings were so bad I had to move up like two or three heat ranges on the back cylinder to keep them from fouling. Kept waiting to burn a hole through the piston. It was a decent truck overall though.

I traded a Cell phone for 4x4 LUV with a wood flat bed a few years ago. Hey it was a nice cell phone and it was brand new. Anyway I traded it to my bud for a Olds wagon. We drove it around the farm for about two months. Jumping hills, going thru puddles up to the doors. Anything we could to see how it would run and it ran like a champ.

Then my buddy puts the title in his name and tags it and blows the motor on the second day!

    Ya just never know.
