Howdy Folks!!!!!
Hey everybody...
My name is Don, I live in Columbia, SC.
Originally grew up in NW Oklahoma on a BIG farm/ranch and ALL WE EVER DROVE were Chevys!!!!!!
Anyhow, Ive added another Chevy to my list:
2005 Chevy Silverado LS Extended Cab (4 door)
4.8L V8
Dual Flowmaster 40 Series exhaust with Dual chrome echo chambers
So far I've just bought an OEM intake from a wrecked truck like mine in a junkyard and modified the airbox along with the MAF and I have it on my truck now......Sort of works like a Cold Air intake the way I made it........Some people call it "swissing" the airbox......
Anyhow I'm getting some 20" rims & tires for it Wednesday. Right now its just sitting on the stock 17" Chrome plated wheels (the ones that sorta look like old Cragars).....
Im open for suggestions and know quite a bit about Chevrolet vehicles, engines, transmissions, etc etc etc.....
Ive built 13 motors (mostly for Hot Rods or Show Cars) so Im pretty savvy if anybody has a question, just IM me or message me......

2000 silverado with a 5.3l v8, shorty headers, upgraded plugs, 10 mil wires, magnaflow high flow cats, flowmaster 80 series muffler(2 in 2 out) w/ 18 inch stainless silverline tips. i have a k&n CIA. its a 4x4 z71 offroad package. Ls model.
extended cab 160k miles, truxedo low profile bed cover, diablo sport predator tuner.
reman tranny @ 130k miles
