PowerBlock had a review of a 2 part oil leak sealer that included a flourescent dye and a leak sealer in 1 package. I guess the dye might be of use sometimes but mostly its the sealer that would be valuable. Anyone know anything about these from personal experience..??? I know in the past most of these kind of products were junk but chemistry
is Always moving ahead and its only a matter of time before they work good..
what do you think..??

I don't know if this is relevant to what your talking about, but a year after I bought my new truck there was a bad leak between the engine and transmission right at the bell housing. I took it back to the dealer and they put a supposed die into the engine and transmission, and wouldn't you know it didn't leak for 3 years. I bet that's the stuff they used and of course thy wouldn't admit to that, but they were just postponing it until the warranty ran out probably.
anyone else recommend an oil additive sealer..?? to seal the pan gasket..
