Even if the gear ratio option is not there a little trial and error with the tire size and a GPS will dial in the speedometer. The computer doesn't know if you changed tires, rear end gears or your underwear.

Will the diablo adjust the speedo for the larger tire size as well as swap the gear ratio size. Also, will it allow you to save your factory settings in case I ever need to take the truck in to the Chevy dealer?
Yeah you can change gearing and tires size.

Just want to chat some because you and I have the exact same set up on our trucks minus the gears. I do not have a clue on what gears I have. I am running 35's, 6 inch lift, afe cold air intake, jet performance products mas air flow sensor and throttle body spacer, 40 series flowmasters.
I was getting low 13 mpg before I bought the Diablo Predator. I got it the day before i went on a 2000 mile round trip from Richlands NC to Arkansas and I averaged 14.56 MPG on the HWY running 70 mph. My city driving still sucks but I am happy with the bump in mileage. I used the 93 octane tune because my truck runs like night and day from using 87 to 93 octane.
Since you have 4.56 gears, how many RPMS are you turning at 70 mph ? The local dyno shop said I might get better fuel economy by changing out my gears. I am running 2000 rpms at 70 mph by the way.

I have not had it up to 70 yet. I just got it home yesterday from having the gears installed. It drives a lot better now. I ordered a Diablo Predator yesterday (should be in today) and I called Diablo. For my model/year truck the handheld does not adjust for gearing just tire size; however, the Tech at Diablo said that once I hood the handheld up and download my stock settings on to it, he can send me a custom tune allowing me to adjust for the new gear size. My ABS warning lights come on now due to the new gears. I had to purchase an ABS recalibrator from Superlift to fix that problem. So I am waiting until I get everything set up before doing a lot of driving.
