    Default Does the VortecMax package include any lift

    I just purchased a 2006 Sierra 1500 4wd with the Vortec Package and suprisingly the GMC dealer I bought it from has not idea what the VortecMax package includes. Does anyone know what this package includes, beside the 6.0 engine?
    It looks like it has a little lift and I was thinking of at least rasing the front to match the back.

    I didn't think the Vortec Max came out until the new body style Silverado's. I don't know for sure, but my 2005 has the 6.0 and it's not the MAX so I am not sure about your truck.

    Default It is a Votec Max for sure

    They took the place of the 1500 HD in 2006, from what the GMC website says. I got the Votec Max package listing this afternoon from a kind person on this forum.
