Has anyone had any experience with the fluctuating fuel gauge recall ? My visit to Chevy was very interesting. Service writer informed me it was a 50/50 split at my part being $300 and vehicle must be under 80K miles (FAT CHANCE ). For that I can do it myself with a lifetime warranty assm . Seems like at their cost of the part which should be lower than I can get it for I am also paying for the labor . Great deal huh?
