These are on my 2500HD I just bought...I could not pass it up it's a 03 with only 29,000 on it. The only really bad thing about it is these wheels, it did not get driven a great deal and these wheels have just oxidized from sitting, the clear coat is kinda peeling on one of them, is there anything I can do to stop or make them look any better?
Thanks for your help,
Alec
Not sure about over the counter products but search for wheel restoration places, they may be able to help

I know a couple of the local tire dealers around here offer wheel restoration, you could try checking out ones in your area.

My honest opinion is you can't bring them back with any type of cleaner, the wheels would have to be professionally done. A few years back I bought a set of the GM OEM 17" Escalade wheels that were polished aluminum like yours, mine weren't as bad but I couldn't get them to clean up. I took them to a professional aluminum restorer, and they wanted $140 per wheel to resurface them and then buff them out and clear them. I opted not to and sold the wheels out right, but it's up to you how much you want to spend on these OEM wheels.
thanks guys! Yea I haven't checked about getting them redone, but it just makes seance to spend a few extra dollars and get some nice after-market wheels.
Yep: aftermarket wheels will be money well spent, rather than dump money into the damaged stock rims. If you really like them though, you can probably pick up a set on ebay, that are in better shape than the ones you have. The truck was definitely a good buy.

what color is the truck? you might get away with sanding them down and spraying them black, (but leave the center caps chrome), and that might make them better until you could get rims

I like that factory rim, you can pick them up on ebay for cheap....less than redoing, just a thought!
