outside temp on DIC

I just added the DIC on my 2009 W/T. Can't find the outside temp. Is this sonething that's supposed to be there?? Or should I not expect that function since it's aftermarket.

The outside temp is displayed on the top right of the screen, but there isn't a special screen to go to. (i.e. you can't select it using the buttons) I know that most of the cables are run on just about every truck. If not, its an easy job.

The outside temp wound be on the mirror not the DIC. So if you do not have the electric mirror with a compass you will not have it. As far as I know that is the case.
