Had my wife's GTP up to 128 (had to back it down for traffic), truck shuts down at 98,and back in high school my '73 Charger had 120 on the speedometer and I had the needle back around at 0! so who knows how fast that was, talk about scary though, big heavy car on bias ply tires- not for the faint of heart!

Lets see, 115 in an old escort, my old 2000 z71 wouldn't go past 87 or 90 something don't remember (damn governers). Haven't really tried in my current truck so maybe 90 and in my wifes altima I was coasting down the grapevine (big mountain pass north of LA for those outside California) at 105. I think I beat 5speed with my Land rover, it tops out at roughly 55mph downhill with a tail wind.
