Default Radiator in 94 GMC z71

i have a 94 gmc z71. running into the radiator on the passenger side there is a metal pipe that has a slow leak. where it runs into the radiator there is a double bolt system. could this be why its leaking? how could i fix it? but because of this my overflow tank wont hold liquid.

ok what do you mean your overflow wont hold any liquid did you put any coolant in it to see where the leak is coming from , and if so where is the coolant leaking from on your overflow tank ?

You can go to Auto Zone and borrow a pressure tester. Pump it up and pressurize it cold. You will see where the leak is.
