Well Turns out I replaced the fuel pump. When we got it out the 1 1/2" hose that connect the pump to the fuel lines had a large crack in it. Large enough to where the fuel was basically being pumped back into the tank.

However, It runs great but when I shut it off and go to start it again it just cranks and doesn't fire. I double checked the ground wire near the fuel tank, the fuses, and reset the battery. If I stab the gas pedal to the floor and hold it, it will start rough then I have to feather it to keep it going. Once it starts it runs great...

Any ideas?
