1994 C1500 Silverado Ext. Cab 2WD
1994 Chevy Silverado Ext. Cab 2WD - $2250 (Hope Mills, NC)
For sale is my 1994 Chevy Silverado Ext. Cab with a 5.7L 350 V8. This is my daily driver and I use it to pull my boat to Jordan Lake. It has never let me down on several road trips and is in pretty good shape for being 15 years old. It hasn't leaked a drop of oil or tranny fluid since I have owned it (feel free to inspect my driveway)It has about 200,275 miles on it right now(of course there will be more because I am taking it to work tonight). Here are some features.
Sliding rear window
Spray in bed liner
Leather interior that is in decent shape, there is some wear on the passenger side.
Power driver seat
Full bench seat in ext. cab
Cruise control (works great)
Sony CD Player with Aux Jack for IPOD (I will leave the cable for you)
Nearly new Infinity reference speakers in doors
Tires are 31 x 10.50 R15 with about 75% tread.
New Reece Hitch installed about 3 weeks ago, wired for straight 4 pin connector
With the good there must be some bad right? Well here it is.
Need new idler and pitman arms, these will cost about 70 bucks and a couple hours to put in. The steering has play in it and I have the estimate from sears to have them fixed but it can be done in the driveway.
A/C does not work, believe the clutch is out on the compressor, you can hear the click of it trying to engage but the clutch does not turn.
Power door locks do not work. I am pretty sure it is something disconnected somewhere because I cannot see both actuators going bad. They have not worked since I have had the truck, I just push them down and use the key to open.
Needs either an EGR valve or Idle control valve which causes a slight hesitation when you take off. Hard to tell which because it hasn't thrown a code.
Brakes will need replaced soon.
I will include the Haynes Manual which will help tremendously on the repairs.
KBB Price for this truck in Fair Condition is a follows.
Some mechanical or cosmetic defects and needs servicing but is still in reasonable running condition.
Clean title history, the paint, body and/or interior need work performed by a professional.
Tires may need to be replaced.
There may be some repairable rust damage.

I could spend the time and money to fix all this but then I would be asking a lot more for the truck. If you bought it you could drive it everyday and fix this stuff when you had time/money. Unfortunately for me I don't have a lot of time. I have tried to be as upfront and honest about everything, remember this truck is 15 years old, not 5. Feel free to call me at 910-221-1130 between 8am-5pmI(I work nights) or email me at email@example.com. I have a clean NC title in hand and you could drive away with it today if you wanted it.1994 Chevy Silverado
