8.1l exhaust [Expired Topic]

my friend has a 05 8.1 2500 burban. We were lookin at it today and he wants it to sound like a beast. From what I can tell underneath, there are 1 muffler, 2 tiny muffs, and one "glasspack" thats seems that I can remove and doesnt appear to be any sensors. Can anyone confirm this?

We planned just to put 2 3" pipes and dump them.

It would sound a lot better if he puts on something like a Borla system. This is a nice sounding system, you my have to call them 1-877-GO-BORLA in order to find something to fit. If he does decide to run it straight he’ll never hear that great sound blasting out of his stereo why’ll driving at highway speeds. And of course your local deputy will always be there when he decides to push it to the limit and make a little extra noise and don’t forget about the extra green stamps you local deputy likes to give out, these do add up over time.
