My wiper blades keep "chattering." I've tried three different sets (by three different companies) and they still do it. Am I just having bad luck with bad blades or is my window wierd? It's not just the chatter, it lessens the visibility too.

Clean the windshield with a good window cleaner, then with rubbing alcohol. Then clean the wiper blades with rubbing alcohol and that should fix it.

Do you still have a wiper arm that's up to factory specs, or was it replaced? I've had batter chatter before when the blade either doesn't cover enough of the window or too much becuase of a mod to the wiper arm.

I never messed with the wiper arm other than to replace the blades so I don't know what caused the problem, but.... it worked! (The window cleaner then rubbing alcohol fix) Thank you!

Glad it worked.
Sometimes we neglect something so simple when we try to fix a problem that it is just amazing to find out just how easy a fix can be.
Not to mention we forget that wiper blades are not just a cosmetic item, but a real life and death issue, like brakes.
Again glad we could hel-p.
