Sepparate the bottom and back, should be bolts at the pivot point to do this (the bolts are hidden under the cloth).
Remove the side trim pieces, held on by cross point screws.
On the back piece use pliers to cut the Hog rings holding the cloth pinched together.
On the bottom use pliers to cut the Hog rings holding the cloth to the frame and springs.
Carefully peel the cloth up and away from the foam to prevent tearing the foam up (it'll be reused).
Turn the replacement back piece cover inside out, make sure its properly oriented and start rolling it over the seat back, if it needs to be smoothed out use a hair drier to heat it up and stretch it a little.
After getting it over the seat back heat it with the hair drier and smooth out all the wrinkles, then while it's streched slightly tight put in new Hog rings to hold it, replace the side trim.
The seat bottom is done the same way.
Use new hog rings
Buy Hog Ring pliers
Lay the seat covers out in the sun and allow them to heat up prior to starting, this will make the material more pliable.
Remove the seats from the truck before starting.
