try leaving the doors open for a couple of days in the garage to get the musk out. This will have to be done in a dry place, which here in La is a hard place to find. Also try febreezing it everyday too, that helped me when I put in some new-to-me stock buckets in my 95. I think you can push the fabric on either the arm rest of the side of the seat and see where the arm rest connects. The should be some sort of tightment adjustment in there.

Not sure about the arm rest, but i lug around 2 100lbs+ dogs and when i give it a full heavy duty cleaning i use splain old ammonia diluted in water. Scrub it all good let it dry, then just use febreeze. As ling as you dont use to much ammonia you wont get the smell of it to linger.
