Tailgate Trouble

okay so i have been having trouble getting my tailgate to close lately, usually a double hit works, but today it will barely latch on, just the right side and i mean barely, i hit a bump it opens up and a case of my sweet corn falls out, sweet, im bout to open it upand look at it where the latches pop into bed any suggestions?
