    I would take it back to him and have hime figure it out. You paid him to rebuild it and it's not your responsibility that it doesn't work now. Tell him you want a loaner car while he's at it!

    Thats the thing, he said thats the way its supposed to be and nothing for him to do. So, im stuck right now, but I appreciate all your help though
