Do you mean the PCM fuse? There are several OBD fuses as each module has it's own fuse. What is your problem a check engine light?

The cigar lighter fuse is usually located inside the cab in the fuse panel. It will be labeled Cigar Lighter. Please explain what's happening with yout DLC? Scanner no workie? Lights not flashing? Check Engine Light on? What's up?
