Default What do you want to know about the future of GM Diesels?

I'm getting an interview ready (looks like it will be next week) with the engineering chief for GM's Diesel powerplants, let's get some questions that you want to know about the future of diesels at GM.

I think that the new 2011 Duramax does not have any manifolds ... not intake or exhaust.

Any other questions? I've got to fill an interview up, let's see what GM Diesel lovers want to know.

Would be nice to know if the Cadillac Ext is going to come with a Diesel. Thats if it lives through the budget cuts.

That sounds like a 2-part question. As for the diesel ... sorry, that's going to be a "no". I can email the guys at Cadillac and ask him, I was in a meeting with the GM of Cadillac last week as I'll see what the future of that vehicle is going to be.
