    Default Light Questions

I have been doing my research on aftermarket bulbs for my headlights. I drive an 07 Silverado NBS. I want more light, but dont want to break the bank, and I want simple, "plug and play" installation (I hate electrical stuff). So...I have seen to go with all the same brand. I would like to upgrade all of the lights, high, low, and fog, possibly running (are they different?) Do I go with LED, or Halagon bulbs...I also have seen HID/Xenon lights, but do you have to change wiring or anything like that to run those? Or do they just plug into the socket.

Next question...Where can i find instructions for replacing the bulbs, I know it can't be hard, but I just got this pickup and don't care to mess somethin up by wingin' the install.

Just found so much information on many different types and kinds that I wanted to clarify.

    Thanks

Lets see, if you want simple plug and play bulbs you could go with sylvania silverstars. Those are bright for halogen bulbs. Hid's are pretty simple. The kits come with a pair of bulbs and a pair of ballasts. You plug the wiring from the stock bulb into the ballast, wire from the ballast into the new bulb. And I myself have LED Daytime running lights but as for headlights I doubt they even make them in the correct bulb type and they certainly wouldnt have a strong enough light output. Replacing the bulbs is simple, just pop the hood and look behind the light housing and the bulbs should just twist right out.
