Default 2002 Tahoe Rotors and Pads

New to the forum and enjoying all the helpful comments. Read thru the massive amount of info on products to use for replacing rotors and pads. Lots of comments on slotted and drilled rotors, but no one has really commented on good products to use if you want to just maintain oem specs. All the parts stores carry their own brands and have different quality levels. So you sort of have to take their word for what constitutes oem quality. So, just looking for comments or experiences on brand, or in the case of pads, composition of the product that most closely resembles factory. Thanks

Just about anything from Wagner is a great product, as for rotors i use my favorite auto part stores regular brand. Most of the OEM spec rotors that parts stores carry are exactly that and have to meet that standard before they can package it like that.

Ok, sounds good. I may be able to have the rotors turned but one has a pretty good grove in it. I purchased used so do not know if the brakes have been done before but I assume not. 110,000 miles on my 2002 Tahoe, and just doing a brake job as a preventative at this point. Thanks for your advice. Lou
