    Default Stereo question for '98 Suburban

    So I have the stock stereo, that is am/fm casette, but then a seperate cd player below.

    My littlest one decided to put coins in the thing, and now it doesn't work or is jammed. Anyway, the button to activate the CD player is listed as AUX. Does the rear of the main radio/cassette unit have RCA inputs in the back? I'm thinking of hooking up a cable for my MP3 player, and just disable the CD unit altogether.

    No there is no AUX in for the factory stereo, but you can go to crutchfield and get an adapter for an ipod/mp3 player to piggyback the factory stereo.
