What transmission fluid should i use?

Im going to be flushing my tans fluid soon, and adding a trans intercooler from jegs rated at 16000 GVW. I plan on doing some towing. I checked AllData and the it calls for Dexron III fluid.

Autozone has coastal dexron III, is this a good brand?

Any recommendations on the fluid? the cooler?

Any that meets the Dex III spec is ok though I prefer national brands to house brands. Dexron is always backward compatible. So you could use Dex VI, for example, in a trans that calls for Dex III and you'd be fine. The newer are more expensive and so are the full synthetics. Since you are doing a flush stick with Dex III cheap stuff. Doing a flush with full synthetic would cost a bunch!
