Rear doors will not open

Having a problem opening the automatic rear doors on my 2004 HD2500 Sierra Crew Cab. I had set the little tabs on both rear doors to child lock then when I reset them back to unlock, they would not work. They will lock automatically but I have to unlock them manually. All doors should unlock when truck is shifted into park (DIC). I have tried everything in the manual to no avail. The keyless transmitter will also not unlock them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I might consider a complete reset. Try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, and then reconnect it. Keep in mind that if you do this, you will need to reset all of your DIC preferences and radio settings.
