Default 04 Silverado Q about Drop Shackles

ive been wanting to level out the look of my truck...2004 Silverado Ext. Cab 4.8L... i tends to sit more towards the front and cause the rear to rise up... would installing a 2in drop shackle fix this problem that i have with the look right now? also i plan on putting on some 22 in wheels in the near future would i have an issue when i do this later one
    Thanks in advance

Why not just put a level kit on the front?
