    Default Getting dash apart on 2007

    2007 new body style Silverado1500 . Trying to get head unit out. How do you get the dash off? I thought I would ask before I broke it

    I am not sure on that but if you check at www.crutchfield.com I do believe that they will provide you with detailed instructions on stereo replacement and it is vehicle specific.

    Just grab it by the a/c vents on the top and give it a small pull. its just held on by clips. there tight but it will come off. I will post some pics.
