My drivers side door lock is jammed up. Both inside and outside door handles feel like they are working properly. When I try to turn the key to the unlocked position, it will not turn. When hit the power door lock switch between the locked and unlocked positions, I can feel the latch moving up and down slightly. I pulled the screws out of the inside door panel but I don't see how to remove the panel. I don't want to damage anything so can someone please advise on removing the panel and/or what they think may be wrong? Thanks in advance.

The panels have "pop in" plastic holders that press fit into the door. There are variouis tools out there at any parts store for this, or you can use a screw driver (carefully). You have to pry the door panel away from the door and you can slide the screw driver / tool towards the fasteners one at a time and pry them out of the door. Sometimes the fasteners break anyway, but they are also available at any parts store.
As far as what has happened, I am willing to bet that you have bent a rod or it has come out of the fastener joint and jammed. Usually fairly common and easy to fix. Good Luck
