    Default My bad

    I have 87c10 chevy truck, one day I went to hook up a thumb I put the wire on the fuse that have the letters CRNK on the fuse box, bad news ,when I put the fuse in it gave a big spark fuse blow bad and I cant get no power back to that fuse, Think the computer got hit , any help on this would be so great.

    Welcome to GMTC. The crank fuse protects the circuit from the starter to the ECM. The power comes from the starter so the ECM is probably OK. You need to check the wire from the CRNK fuse back to the starter and then once you have power back to the fuse box check the wire from the CRNK fuse to the ECM. If the ECM were bad the truck wouldn't run.
