    Default Smacked

I dont where to put this, however,

My Truck got hit today while coaching my daughters youth soccer games. The suspect vehicle left and no information was left and of course no witnesses. I got hit just above my bed on the canopy lower lip. missed both side and rear canopy glass and bed of the truck. I dont see any cracks in the fiberglass just scrapped the paint off!!!!

Just makes me so mad. grrrrrrr. I hope its not too mich to fix. I am sure it will be just a lil more then insurance deductable but not enough to claim in fear of insurance rate going up again.....

    sorry just venting

Default Greetings from the Florida Panhandle

I know the feeling. About two years ago I had my 2001 Suburban 2500 parked in the lot at Home Depot. Some turd merchant hit the left corner of the Sub's rear bumper. I just ate a new bumper ($350) and continued my life. There was a slight dent on the corner under the bumper. Since it wasn't real visible, I left it alone. I had even parked way out by the road trying to avoid door dings. So much for being careful.

Some days, you just can't win.

Wow,sorry dude, that stinks. I wish people would be more responsible when parking or driving in a parking lot, or would take responsibility after they do something like that.

I know the feeling, I got smacked at a resturant and had no idea who did it, but the security cameras caught the hit and run. It was a damn garbage truck, the driver had no idea he hit my truck he said he didn't even feel it. Thank god I was parked where I was supposed to be and not in a no parking zone--first thing my insurance company asked!!

That sucks! I had that happen to me right before I sold my car. Somebody backed into my car while I was eating lunch . No note, no nothing. I thought it was the truck parked next to me and I got ready to trash their vehicle, but a friend stopped me because the truck was to high to do that damage and the color left behind wasn't the same color as the truck. So sorry to hear about your hit and run.
