Default Edge Power Programmer for 08 Silverado

Anyone using the evolution or evolution CS out there on a new body style chevy? Can you post reviews...they look really good in their gauge pod and I just got a new truck with 50+k in it so I want to do it right while looking good. Thanks

    What engine do you have?

On diesel's the programmers are great. They add 100+hp and torque and depending how you drive can get you an extra 2 or 3 miles per gallon. On gas engines they're not going to do much other than be a fancy display.

Doesn't look like its going to do much, even from edge's own site.

They don't put a specific number on the gain but it looks like 12 to 15 hp. I'd be willing to bet you need to run premium fuel to get that gain too.

save your money and get a custom tune from wait4meperformance in a sct hand held it is 400 and more bang from your buck. If you want the display sct sells one for 150 bucks. Get the most power and fuel mileage for the money . Yea the edge looks good but . pretty isnt always the best..

I want a custom tune but I literally have 400 miles on the truck and the reason I don't want a custom tune is because I want to take it in to the dealer without worrying after dropping my pants on the truck...have it in now...runs awesome on 93 in extreme!!
