So my service Airbag light came on in my 05 silverado (130,000 km's) and I used my buddies scan tool on it and came up with a B0103 code which says is the front sensor circuit. is there a way I can test the front crash sensor then just replace it if its faulty? Thanks in advance!
is it the ABS light?or are you sure its a light for airbags?ABS light usually means aint-lock brakes i believe.could be wrong though

um ya! the airbag light is on and where the digital odometer is it says service airbag!
Doing a quick search for that DTC came up with this:

It looks like your issue could be in the steering wheel. It looks like they provide a nice troubleshooting guide and pinouts of the affected wires. Just be VERY careful when messing with the airbag circuits, a wrong move could mean the airbag accidentally deploying in your face.
EDIT: It could help if I had my brain in my head. Those pinouts and such are for a Toyota Tacoma... Stupid me![]()

My advice is not to mess around with the SRS components unless you know what you are doing. Take it to a dealer and have it checked.
