Stereo Upgrade 2007 Silverado

Got a 2007 Silverado ext cab with the Bose Stereo. (new model 07). I added a 620 amp and a 10 inch thin Sony sub under the back seat. Not getting the sound I think it should get. I want to keep the headunit. Anybody else enhanced their factory unit? What are your thoughts.

What kind of amp is it, prolly 620 max watts, probably only puts out 100 or so rms. so that might be one reason.

1. Box big enough?
2. to much poly fill?
3. sub new?

How did you wire the amp to the stereo, you could have a right left wire or + - wire reversed. Also if you didnt use a big enough gauge power wire from the battery to the amp can cause problems as well. how did you set up the amp, there are little knobs for adjusting the gain of the amp too, just turn the gain up to get it louder. If you can give us a model number for the amp and sub we can give you some more help too!!
