    Default Honestly now........

    I am picking up my 2009 Silverado 2500HD tomorrow.

    If I did a ram air intake and exhaust, would it make any REAL difference in power/mpg, or does it just sound good? Thanks.

    Congrat's on the new truck! There was a "post" a few days ago about the "Banks" intake and how much it helped. You might do a search and see what it said. He did get a good mpg increase though. Good luck!

    They will help, can i ask why you didnt just order them from the dealership so they are warrantied by GM?

    Well, to be honest, I didn't think of it! I ordered the bed liner, bed rails, nerf bars, etc. through them. I guess I got caught up in the moment! DOH!

    My dads 6.0 NBS 07 really opened up with the Borla and intake from the factory and I really like the sound of it too, better then when I had a magnaflow on my truck
